LOCAL SUPPLIERS
We are very lucky to be based in the Garden of England, the source of some of the countries finest ingredients. Our seafood is all locally sourced from Chapman's, an independent fishmongers in Sevenoaks. All of our meat comes from the butchers a few doors down from us, at Watson, Neal & Sons. Our fruit and veg is all locally sourced from David Catt & Sons Ltd, an independent supplier of fresh local produce, based on a farm in Boughton Monchelsea. An abundance of breweries and distilleries on our doorstep makes it easier to keep things local.
