Roasts are available on Sunday from midday until 4pm and are also available as a takeaway. All takeaways must be pre-booked before Sunday to avoid disappointment.

An aromatic Kent Gin made from distilled Bacchus grape skins gives delicate aromas of citrus peel, juniper and freshly cut grass.

CHAPEL DOWN PINOT NOIR PINK
An aromatic Kent Gin made from distilled Pinot Noir grape skins giving delicate aromas of red berries, a juniper led palate & citrus fresh finish.

DOCKYARD
Crafted by the Copper Rivet Distillery in Chatham, Kent this is dry, with subtle citrus hints, spicy aromatic flavours and a refreshing aftertaste.

GREENSAND RIDGE LONDON DRY
Distilled from 15 botanicals, 8 of which are local & grow within a mile of the distillery. Smooth with aromas of citrus & pine & sweetness on the palate.

GREENSAND RIDGE RYE CASK
Distilled with a slightly altered recipe to the London Dry adding a little more citrus & a little less woody elements. It is then aged in Rye Whiskey casks for ten months, bringing a warm fruityness & a dry spiciness to our already complex & smooth spirit

MAIDSTONE DISTILLERY GEORGE BISHOP
A perfect balance of 15 exotic botanicals, warm Mediterranean orange combined with delicate spice. Sweet citrusy notes from coriander and air-dried peels are balanced with the tangy piquance of tellicherry pepper, ambrette and perfumed chamomile.

WARNER EDWARDS VICTORIA’S RHUBARB
Bursting with natural flavour and colour, this pink gin is made using freshly pressed rhubarb juice giving a sweet and tangy royal rhubarb explosion.

FEVER TREE INDIAN TONIC
Made using a handful of different botanicals, including quinine and oils from Mexican Bitter Oranges, to give a uniquely clean and refreshing taste and aroma.

FEVER TREE LIGHT INDIAN TONIC
Made in the same way as the Indian tonic, but with fructose instead of sugar, to make it a lighter option.

FEVER TREE ELDERFLOWER TONIC
The delicate and sweet flavour of elderflower is perfectly balanced by the soft bitterness of the quinine, which pairs perfectly with fresh and floral gins.

FEVER TREE MEDITERRANEAN TONIC
This Mediterranean Tonic is made with rosemary and lemon thyme, and less quinine, which produces a much lighter, more fragrant tonic.
